Duo-Scherzo Piano Duo Recital
The Chiang Mai Ginastera International Music Festival and Competition presents the Duo-Scherzo Piano Duo Recital. They are here from Japan as one of the judges for the Chiang Mai Regional Round Preliminary Auditions. The first piece of music the group tried to take on together was Camille Saint-Saëns’s “Scherzo”(meaning “to play a trick”). They had so much fun playing the piece as a duo rather than performing it solo that they decided to use the piece’s name as a part of their group name.
